2. Instruction
DMC catalyst (Double Metal Cyanide Catalyst) is a highly active catalyst used for epoxide
polymerization. Nowadays, it is considered as an ideal substitute to base catalyst (KOH). The
high-performance, low-monol polyether polyols are prepared with DMC catalyst and have the
properties of low viscosity, and narrow molecular weight distribution relatively with high
molecular weight.
Moreover, this catalyst can be used with less quantity (30g/mt) and reaction time is reduced
significantly.

4. Main application
DMC catalyst is mainly used as the catalyst in the production of PU products, like elastomer,
soft high elastic foam, sealant, etc.

6. Package, Storage and Transportation
This product is available in 50g and 1kilogram sealed PE bag with aluminum foil package bag
outside. It also can be packed as per customers' requirement. The products are stored in
ventilated and dry warehouse storage at room temperature (best temperature is 20 celsius
degrees). The shelf life is one year. Retesting is recommended before using when the storage
period exceeds one year. Prevent them from rain in transportation. It is non-hazardous for
transportation by sea or air.
