Application
4-Toluene sulfonamide is used as a flow-promoting agent for paints, adhesives, nitrocellulose, coating materials and as a plasticizer for polyamides and other thermosetting resins to increase flexibility. It can promote the resistance to oils, greases, and solvents. It is used as antistatic agent and as gloss enhancer in plastic film preparations.
