As a multifunctional rubber additive, this product can be used as a vulcanizing agent, a co-vulcanizing agent for peroxide systems, a scorch inhibitor and a tackifier during rubber processing. It is suitable for general-purpose rubber, special rubber and rubber-plastic systems. In natural rubber, it can be used with sulfur to prevent vulcanization reversion, improve heat resistance, reduce heat generation, resist aging, and increase the adhesion between rubber and cord and the modulus of vulcanized rubber. It can be used in rubber such as load-carrying tires and buffer layers to solve the problem of shoulder space in bias load-carrying tires. It can also be used for large-sized thick natural rubber products and various rubber sundries. This product can be used as an auxiliary vulcanizing agent in special rubbers such as chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, acrylic rubber, silicone rubber and rubber-plastic rubber. It can significantly improve the crosslinking performance and heat resistance. It is suitable for high-temperature vulcanization systems and can significantly reduce compression permanent deformation. It can also reduce the amount of peroxide used, prevent the rubber from scorching during the coding process, and improve the bonding strength between the rubber and the cord and metal.
 
Packaging & Shipping

It is lined with polyethylene bags and used for plastic woven bags or plastic composite bags,
and packed in 25kg. Store and transport according to general chemical regulations.
