Application
Used for the extraction of spices and essences and as a solvent. Ethyl butyrate can be used in
daily chemical fragrance formulations, but the amount is very small. It is widely used in edible
flavor formulations, such as bananas, pineapples, etc., and can be formulated with a variety of
fruit flavors and other flavors.
