Application

Antioxidant for chloroprene rubber, natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and their latex. It has good protection against ozone and oxygen aging, and can also inhibit copper and manganese damage. It is particularly suitable for protecting the chlorine released during the aging of chloroprene rubber from damaging fiber materials. This product is easy to disperse and can be directly added to rubber, or it can be made into a water dispersion and added to latex. When this product is used for chloroprene rubber, if it is used together with the antioxidant ODA, the heat resistance is the best. It can also reduce the plasticity of unvulcanized chloroprene rubber and reduce the shrinkage rate during calendering, thus helping to adjust the size of semi-finished products. This product is mainly used to make adhesive tape, electrical insulation products and light-colored industrial products. The general dosage in chloroprene rubber is 1-2 parts.
