Product Description
It is a basic organic intermediate with alkyl imidazoline structure and has good thermal stability. Imidazoline without neutralization is hydrophobic and can be dissolved in non-polar solvents such as organic solvents and mineral oils, but it is dispersed in water and cannot be completely dissolved. The imidazoline ring structure in the molecule can form ionic bonds with substances of opposite polarity, so as to strongly adsorb on the surface of metal fiber, plastic, glass and minerals, forming a dense molecular membrane structure, changing the hydrophilic surface to hydrophobic surface After neutralization, imidazoline salt can exist stably in acidic conditions, reduce the surface tension of acidic aqueous solution, resulting in good wettability of pickling solution; Neutralized salt has cationic and dispersive properties, which can be used for surface modification of powder materials. The surface of the powder can be changed into hydrophilic or hydrophobic surface by surface adsorption.
