Application:
Used for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber and chloroprene rubber. It is a general
antioxidant for reclaimed rubber and also used in chloroprene latex. It has good protective
effect on heat, oxygen, flexion, weather aging and fatigue. It has the properties of anti ozone
aging in chloroprene rubber, and has a certain inhibition effect on harmful metals. It is often
used in combination with other antioxidants such as AP, DNP, especially 4010 and 4010n. It
is easy to disperse in dry glue and decompose in water. The solubility in rubber is as high as
5%. When the dosage is 3-4 phr, frost is not sprayed. Because of its pollution, migration and
darkening in sunlight, it is not suitable for white and light color products. It is mainly used for
manufacturing tires, rubber tubes, tapes, cots, rubber shoes, submarine cable insulation, etc
