Introduction & Application of Polymer Polyol (POP)
These products are operated easily and need little changes of foam formulation, which is benifit for large-scale sponge foam production ; The products' viscosity is low and don't become viscous after adding water and during stirring, which enable the materials mixed evenly, thus the final products' sponge cells are uniform and tidy, the gradient of density is low.
The product appearance is pure white and with extremely low VOC, which meets the requirements of the high-end furniture market.

Storage

 

The polyol shold be stored in sealed steel drum. Contact with air should be prevented.
Polyether Polyol 5631D is slightly hygroscopic acnd absorb moisture. Containers should be kept sealed and protected from contamination of mositure and foreign materials.
Shelf life is 12months. After this period, pre-test should be made before use.

Handling Precautions
Flash point of 5631D exceeds 150degree Celsius (close cup, ASTM D093 method). The polyol is flammable but non-explosive. In case of fire, put the fire out with foams, dry powder, steam or water. In the handling of the polyol, precaustions should be taken to avoild expsure to eyes or prolong contact with the skin. If eye contacts occurs, flush with the plenty of water. If skin contact occurs, wash exposed areas thoroughly with soap and water

or by air. Usually it will cost 3-5days that you can get the goods after delivery.For large quantity products,

shipping by see is worthwhile.It will cost days to weeks to come to your destination port, which depends on 

where the port is.
