Model SW-101

Introduction
SW-101 is a new type of Pour Point Depressant with imported raw materials, which has wide applicability.The freezing point is significantly reduced, and its cold filter pludding piont (CFPP) is low.
SW-101 is well working in reducing the CFPP and Freezing point of middle distillates of 150-400, including 0 #, -10 #, -20 #, etc.
The middle distillates can be Atmospheric and vacuum oil, cracking oil or any proportion of straight run hot oil, especially for oil products with high wax content.
SW-101 is used as 0 #, -10 #, -20 #, -35 # or other additives for blending diesel, by reducing pour point and CFPP, improving the flow performance of diesel in the low-temperature. Improve the yield of diesel and enhance the economic benefits of refinery factories.

Usage method and dosage

1. The addition amount is generally500 ~ 1000ppm. (0.5kg ~ 1.5kg per ton of diesel). The actual addition amount is determined by tests.
2. The application effect of SW-101 not only depends on its performance, but also closely related to the oil property,composition structure, and blending method. SW-101 does not work well for all of the oil products. So please test and evaluate it before use.
3. When using SW-101 product, please ensure that the additive is thoroughly mixed with diesel to achieve the expected pour point reduction effect. The method is to prepare the mother liquor in advance and stir it (usually pneumatic stirring).

4. The preparation method of the mother liquor is as follows:
At 35-50°C, SW-101 is diluted to a uniform solution 5-15% with Atmospheric and Vacuum diesel. The mother liquor prepared is used as an additive and pumped into the oil using a metering pump. (Note: Before preparing the mother liquor, heat the product with steam until it has good fluidity, but the temperature should not be too high, which does not exceed 65°C. Do not mix water during the heating process.)
